Azi am primit indemn de la Radu sa citesc acest mesaj din Psalmul 25.
Cuvantul sau sa iti calauzeasca inima si mintea spre adevar si dreptate.
Iar Iubirea Sa sa ramana Etern in tine.
Mi-a placut in special versetul 15.
Restul le las sa le descoperiti voi.

Dumnezeu sa va vorbeasca prin Cuvantul Sau.
Sa lasam Sfanta Scriptura sa ne vorbeasca.
Toti suntem chemati sa vorbim cu Dumnezeu.
Toti suntem chemati sa fim partasi harului si minunilor Lui.
Toti suntem chemati sa fim multumitori si sa ne rugam.

Biblia transmite un mesaj bogat- il descopera pe Dumnezeu

Astazi am fost uimit sa primesc un dar de la Dumnezeu printr-o sora de la adunare din Cisnadie. Repetam cantarile pentru cor, si suna cineva la usa" Am un Dictionar biblic pentru tine".Stiam ca nu comandasem nimic in perioada asta, dar am realizat ca Dumnezeu doreste sa aprofundez si invat mai mult Cuvantul sau.
Un cuvant ce trebuie sa fie in noi mai intai, nu doar un vocabular crestin, ci o conduita de ascultare sub Cuvantul lui Dumnezeu.
Multumesc Domnului pentru acest dar nepretuit si pentru dedicarea surorii Ana.
Domnul sa o binecuvanteze si rasplateasca cu ce stie El mai bine.
Eu nu am avut decat un pahar de suc.

Cand aveti nevoie de un termen, sau o explicatie pot merge la tinta si sa va ajut.
Un crestin nu tine pentru el nimic, caci nu are nimic in "posesia lui". El se revarsa peste ceilalti.

Luati coiful mantuirii si sabia Duhului

EFESENI 6:17

"Luaţi şi coiful mantuirii si sabia Duhului, care este Cuvantul lui Dumnezeu."

Cand credinciosul şi-a înţeles poziţia sa în Hristos în locurile cereşti, el a înţeles şi că are de dat o luptă, dar nu se teme fiindcă îşi cunoaşte locul unde se află. El este însă şi conştient că trebuie să se îmbrace cu toată armătura pe care i-a pregătit-o Dumnezeu, Nu însă această armătură îi asigură cerul pentru că, după cum am spus, el este deja în Domnul Isus, în locurile cereşti, ci îi este dată ca să învingă atacurile vrăjmaşului. Dacă platoşa are ca scop să asigure inima luptătorului, coiful îi va apăra capul căci o lovitură mai tare la cap îl scoate din luptă şi devine un invalid care nu mai poate lupta pentru Domnul Hristos.

Coiful acesta al mîntuirii pentru noi cei credincioşi este de o însemnătate covarşitoare. El este siguranţa mantuirii pe care o avem în Domnul Isus. Caţi credincioşi însă nu au coiful acesta pe cap! Ei se zbat în nesiguranţă şi se chinuiesc să facă şi ei sărmanii ceva ca să fie siguri că au mantuirea şi se trudesc s-o păstreze. Dar ea ne este asigurată de nenumărate locuri din Scriptură şi astfel, neţinand seama de aceste texte clare, pe deoparte ei se lipsesc de bucuria mantuirii depline în Hristos iar pe de altă parte nu-şi dau seama că dezonorează pe Domnul, arătand prin nesiguranţa lor că lucrarea de la cruce n-ar fi suficientă dacă nu fac şi ei ceva.

În textul nostru, Duhul Sfant pune alături de coiful mantuirii şi sabia Duhului, adică Sfîntul Cuvînt al lui Dumnezeu. Am spus mai sus că sunt nenumărate locurile care ne atestă siguranţa mantuirii. Soldat al lui Hristos, pune mana pe această sabie ca să te apere împotriva vrăjmaşului care vine cu tot felul de şoapte, îndoieli şi confuzii. Să luăm pildă pe Domnul Isus care atunci cînd a fost ispitit de diavolul, a folosit cu precizie această sabie: "Este scris." Să nu uităm însă că şi Satan cunoaşte ce este scris, de aceea să fim plini de Cuvantul lui Dumnezeu şi să-1 manuim cu iscusinţă. Vrăjmaşul are săgeţi pe care le foloseşte în viaţa noastră proprie - atunci cand neascultarea şi duhul de independenţa ne cuprind provocandu-ne amăgiri spirituale care sunt mai greu de recunoscut decît păcatul. Coiful mantuirii ne adăposteşte capul în întregime iar Domnul Hristos ne acopere prin prezenţa şi puterea" Lui biruitoare. Să nu uităm că "Satan are mai mult interes să facă pe un credincios să se poticnească în luptă decat să compromită un creştin lumesc, căci scopul lui este să dezonoreze pe Domnul Hristos şi Evanghelia în faţa lumii."

" EZER KENEGDO"

Usages of 'ezer in the Old Testament show that in most cases God is an 'ezer to human beings, which calls to question if the word “helper” is a valid interpretation of 'ezer in any instance it is used. "Evidence indicates that the word 'ezer originally had two roots, each beginning with different guttural sounds. One meant “power” and the other “strength.” As time passed, the two guttural sounds merged, but the meanings remained the same. The article below by William Sulik explains this point quite well. He references R. David Freedman and Biblical Archaeology Review 9 [1983]: 56-58).

"She was to be his "helper"--at least that is how most of the translations have interpreted this word. A sample of the translations reads as follows:

‘I shall make a helper fit for him’ (RSV); ‘I will make a fitting helper for him’ (New Jewish Publication Society); ‘I will make an aid fit for him’ (AB); ‘I will make him a helpmate’ (JB); ‘I will make a suitable partner for him’ (NAB); ‘I will make him a helper comparable to him’ (NKJV).

However, the customary translation of the two words `ezer kenegdo as "helper fit is almost certainly wrong. Recently R. David Freedman has pointed out that the Hebrew word ezer is a combination of two roots: `-z-r, meaning "to rescue, to save," and g-z-r, meaning "to be strong." The difference between the two is the first letter in Hebrew. Today that letter is silent in Hebrew; but in ancient times, it was a guttural sound formed in the back of the throat. The “g” was a ghayyin, and it came to use the same Hebrew symbol as the other sound, `ayin. But the fact that they were pronounced differently is clear from such place names which preserve the “g” sound, such as Gaza or Gomorrah. Some Semitic languages distinguished between these two signs and others did not. For example, Ugaritic did make a distinction between the `ayin and the ghayyin; Hebrew did not. (R. David Freedman, "Woman, a Power Equal to a Man," Biblical Archaeology Review 9 [1983]: 56-58).

It would appear that sometime around 1500 B.C., these two signs began to be represented by one sign in Phoenician. Consequently, the two “phonemes” merged into one “grapheme.” What had been two different roots merged into one, much as in English the one word “fast” can refer to a person's speed, abstinence from food, his or her slyness in a "fast deal," or the adamant way in which someone holds "fast" to positions. The noun `ezer occurs twenty-one times in the Old Testament. In many of the passages, it is used in parallelism to words that clearly denote strength or power. Some examples are:

”There is none like the God of Jeshurun, The Rider of the Heavens in your strength (`-z-r), and on the clouds in his majesty.” (Deut. 33:26, [author's] translation)

"Blessed are you, O Israel! Who is like you, a people saved by the Lord? He is the shield of your strength (`-z-r) and the sword of your majesty." (Deut. 33:29, [author's] translation)

The case that begins to build is that we can be sure that `ezer means "strength" or "power" whenever it is used in parallelism with words for majesty or other words for power such as `oz or `uzzo. In fact, the presence of two names for one king, Azariah and Uzziah, both referring to God's strength, makes it abundantly clear that the root `ezer meaning "strength" was known in Hebrew.

Therefore, could we conclude that Genesis 2:18 be translated as "I will make a power [or strength] corresponding to man." Freedman even suggests on the basis of later Hebrew that the second word in the Hebrew expression found in this verse should be rendered equal to him. If so, then God makes for the man a woman fully his equal and fully his match. In this way, the man's loneliness will be assuaged.

The same line of reasoning occurs with the apostle Paul, who urged in 1 Corinthians 11:10, "For this reason, a woman must have power [or authority] on her head [that is to say, invested in her]."

This line of reasoning, which stresses full equality, is continued in Genesis 2:23 where Adam says of Eve, "This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called ‘woman,’ for she was taken out of man." The idiomatic sense of this phrase "bone of my bones" is a "very close relative" to "one of us" or in effect "our equal."

The woman was never meant to be an assistant or "helpmate" to the man. The word “mate” slipped into English since it was so close to the Old English word “meet,” which means "fit to" or "corresponding to" the man which comes from the phrase that likely means "equal to."

What God had intended, then, was to make a "power" or "strength" for the man who would in every way "correspond to him" or even "be his equal.""

The Torah Study for Reform Jews says, “From the time of creation, relationships between spouses have at times been adversarial. In Genesis 2:18, God calls woman an ezer kenegdo, a "helper against him." The great commentator Rashi takes the term literally to make a wonderful point: "If he [Adam] is worthy, [she will be] a help [ezer]. If he is not worthy [she will be] against him [kenegdo] for strife." This Jewish study also described man and woman facing each other with arms raised holding an arch between them, giving a beautiful picture of equal responsibility

Darul nepretuit

Se povesteşte că un tânăr, singur la părinţi, urma să-şi încheie cu brio studiile academice. De luni de zile admirase o maşină expusă în vitrina unui magazin auto. Ştia că tatăl lui îşi poate permite să cumpere o astfel de maşină, aşa că şi-a exprimat dorinţa să o primească în dar la absolvire.

Ziua mult aşteptată se apropia, însă fără ca tânărul să poată depista vreun semn că maşina mult visată va intra în posesia sa. O uşoară dezamăgire începuse să i se cuibărească în inimă.
În seara dinaintea festivităţii de absolvire, tatăl şi-a chemat fiul în birou. L-a felicitat pentru anii de studiu şi i-a spus cât de mândru este de el şi cât de mult îl iubeşte. Apoi i-a întins o cutie frumos împachetată, rostind emoţionat: „Felicitări, fiule!"
Fiul a deschis cutia, sperând că va găsi în ea cheile maşinii. Însă în cutie se afla o biblie scumpă, îmbrăcată în piele, cu numele lui scris în litere aurite pe copertă. Dezamăgirea i s-a transformat în mânie.
- Cu banii pe care îi ai, tu îmi dai ca dar la absolvire o Biblie?
Trântind Biblia pe biroul tatălui, tânărul a ieşit furios din cameră, părăsind definitiv casa tatălui său.
Anii au trecut. Tânărul de odinioară avea de-acum o afacere prosperă şi o familie frumoasă. Într-un târziu, şi-a dat seama că vremea nu stă în loc şi a hotărât să-şi viziteze tatăl, pe care nu-l mai văzuse din ajunul absolvirii facultăţii.
Însă înainte ca să poată pleca la drum, o telegramă fulger îl anunţă că tatăl lui a decedat şi că toată averea i-a rămas lui, ca singur moştenitor.

Ajuns din nou acasă după ani de zile, inima i-a fost copleşită de tristete şi regrete. A intrat în biroul tatălui său. La un capăt al mesei grele din lemn de stejar se afla biblia pe care o primise în ajunul absolvirii – în aceeaşi poziţie în care o lăsase el înainte de a părăsi casa părintească. Cu ochii împăienjeniţi de lacrimi, fiul a luat-o, a deschis-o şi a început să citească în ea.
La un moment dat, întorcând încă o filă, un plic alb a fluturat la podea. S-a aplecat să ridice plicul, pe care se afla adresa magazinului auto de unde sperase cu ani în urmă să primească maşina mult visată. În plic, un contract de vânzare, datat în ziua absolvirii. ACHITAT – scria în litere mari peste termenii contractului. Maşina îl aştepta de ani de zile în garaj.
De câte ori nu trecem cu vederea binecuvântările lui Dumnezeu, doar pentru că nu sunt „împachetate" cum ne-am aşteptat ?
